HS2 Colne Valley Viaduct

HS2 Colne Valey Viaduct project is a revolutionary piece of infrastructure entailing the construction of a 2.1-mile railway bridge to carry the HS2 network over Colne Valey Regional Park. As part of the scope of the scheme, the earthworks and landscaping package was a crucial element which required a significant amount of excavated material to be stockpiled, converted to chalk cake and placed to align with the final design. We lead the commercial function for the earthworks section including estimating, change management, reporting and earned value analysis.
