NR Reactive and Small Schemes

CK Rail commenced the Network Rail reactive and small schemes framework in March 2025, with the intention to commence site works in line with all estimated and committed works. The reactive nature of the framework required a significant amount of estimating to ensure continuity of workload. We operated as a commercial delivery partner leading the commercial function for the scheme including estimating, procurement, subcontractor management and reporting.
