HS2 Euston Station

The HS2 Euston Station project forms the London terminus of the UK’s new high-speed rail network and involves the delivery of highly complex MEP and systems integration works within one of the most constrained construction environments in the country.

We provided commercial management support to Mace Dragados JV for the Traction Sub-Station (TSS) and Maria Fidelis Old School (MFOS) packages, both critical to the project’s M&E infrastructure. Our role encompassed procurement strategy, cost planning, change management, and subcontract administration under the NEC contract. We supported the delivery of key MEP systems, temporary power, and utilities interfaces—ensuring robust cost control, accurate forecasting, and commercial assurance throughout the pre-construction and early delivery phases.
